A great new concept

As I have been busy training away at the gym one of my colleagues has found a fantastic way to increase her weekly exercise and lose inches from all over her body.
She has joined Gymophobics in Southport and as someone who has always steered clear of gyms in the past, she is loving this new way of toning her body.

The team at Gymophobics really welcomed my colleague and as there is a ladies only policy she was able to relax from the minute she arrived.
Each session last 30 minutes so it is possible to fit it into any busy lifestyle and it is recommended that you attend about three times a week.
The "air resistance" machines mean that you are working your body without pushing it too far, great if you have not been doing any exercise for a while. There are 10 machines on the circuit, and you spend 3 minutes on each machine focusing on different parts of your body.
There is an appointment system in place which means you are never waiting to use each piece of equipment.
My colleague is absolutely loving going and cannot wait until she is weighed and measured again, 10 weeks after starting, so that she can find out how many inches she has lost as she is already feeling that her trousers are looser, which is the best feeling in the world!
