Well it's January 6th and I haven't fallen off the health and fitness wagon!
I've managed to go swimming twice at the weekend. Swimming is great exercise for your whole body as you use some many muscles, meaning you are toning up with every length you do.
You can also reward yourself with a bit of relaxation in the sauna or jacuzzi afterwards!

I also decided I wanted to invest in an exercise dvd so that I can exercise in the comfort of my own home but the choice is so incredible I don't know where to start.
Should I follow the advice of an ex-soap stars, ex-reality show stars, professional dancers or diet gurus?
Should I choose Hip Hop, Dance, Jazz, Ballroom,Salsa, Latin or the tunes from one of my all time favourite movies?
Do I want high impact, high energy, aerobic, high intensity, to burn fat or lose weight?
Life was so much easier when we only had Jane Fonda and The Green Goddess every morning telling us to swing our arms around and not much else!
Maybe I should get myself a personal trainer then there would be no possibility of my buying the dvd, listening to the music then never watching the dvd again!
